Work in Progress

The Pope John Paul II Prayer Garden located at the corners of N. Charles St. and W. Franklin St. caught my eye. It wasn't until this project that I was promoted to investigate. I will give you more information as I get it. Here are some preliminary pictures. The foreman was nice enough to let me get them from inside the fence. It made me feel special. He even gave me the idea of the overhead shot. I can't wait to see the finished product. The cartoon graphics hanging on the fence does not do it justice. Stay tuned to see final pictures.

Hey-- I have been meaning to tell you since you asked me about Catcher in the Rye...I have a book you might like because it is about Elephants. "Water for Elephants," have you heard of it? You might like it but might not but it is about a pretty amazing Elephant--but it is about a lot of other stuff too. Takes place during the depression era within a traveling circus. Just thought I would drop you a line about it.

Very cool. It looks like it will be a nice peaceful place upon completion. I share a birthday with the Pope, but not with Karol. --Danielle
